Even when we encountered difficulties, as every trip will have, Fano was quick to come up with a "Plan B." And "Plan B" always went off without a hitch. he ALWAYS remained positive and flexible - what a gem!

Fano was our guide, driver, friend, always there when we needed him, but also always knew when to give us alone time. The best part is that he always knew what we wanted and needed, even before we knew it! I really can't describe enough how much we enjoyed this trip and couldn't imagine it without our Fano. Fano, our driver-guide, was very attentive and eager to transmit his human values. He loves and knows his country perfectly well and answered all our questions. We had a great time in Madagascar, with varied landscapes and beautiful discoveries.

He made suggestions along the way to make the trip even better and was extremely professional. I was a solo traveler, but I picked up some friends in Tana who came along for the long haul. Fano was very accommodating with this and it made for a great trip. He was very organized, letting me know how much money I would need for each section. This is especially important with the long trip from Morondava to Tsingy. I have met and heard of other drivers and Fano is on a completely different level. the way, helping us out when I was ill and stopping off during the drives to show us viewpoints and so I could take pictures.

Definitely travel with him to Madagascar! Fano helped us plan our trip listening to what we wanted out of our visit and creating the best itinerary to fit our wants, the best restaurants to stop off at and the best places to stay for our budget. His knowledge of the animals/ wildlife in Madagascar is incredible, and he stayed with us every step of the way, helping us out when I was ill and stopping off during the drives to show us viewpoints and so I could take pictures.

Choosing your driver is crucial, as they play an important role in your Madagascar experience. Our driver Fano was amazing. He speaks English very well, was funny, and knows a lot about his country. He helped us organize our trip and make our stay in Madagascar unforgettable, for example he organized accommodation, local tour guides or simply helped us plan our trip. And even if there was a problem, he solved it very quickly. We would love to come back one day and thank our guide for the amazing time we had there.
